Night tour through the Old Town of the city of A Coruña. This tour’s main theme is to learn of the city’s history and main characters and the legacy they left. During the walk we will talk about many women and the mark they left not only in the history of A Coruña but also in the world. Writers such as Rosalía de Castro and Emilia Pardo Bazán or the city’s heroine, María Pita are just a few. We will also shiver to the Galician legends and superstitions that the old streets of the Old Town hold and that will be revealed to us as well as stories of spells and witchcraft, such as the secrets the “Cruceiros” sculptures hold, the terrifying brotherhood of the “Santa Compaña” or the “meigas” (Galician witches).
